Appointments are required for grooming. Grooming can also be done during boarding and daycare, by setting up a grooming appointment when you make your boarding or daycare reservation. Holiday and peak season spots fill quickly. Please try to notify the office at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel. There is no charge for cancellations, and we appreciate being notified. |

Dogs must be current on Distemper (DHLPP), Rabies and Bordetella. Cats must be current on Distemper (FCP), and Rabies. We strongly recommend cats to be current on Feline Leukemia. Proof of vaccines must be presented in the form of a receipt from the veterinary hospital or a travel health certificate. For best protection, updated vaccines should be done at least one week prior to your grooming appointment. We recommend that all pets are up to date on flea and tick prevention all year round. |

We reserve the right to bathe your pet and/or treat it for fleas (at the owner’s expense) should we feel necessary. |

Grooming drop-off is between 8:00-9:00 am daily. Earlier or later drop off may be available, upon request and previous arrangement only. Groomings are always finished before 5:00 pm, possibly earlier, depending on the number of grooming for the day. If you need your pet finished by a specific time, we are usually able to comply, as long as we are notified when setting up your grooming appointment. |

For new grooming customers, we will always have the groomer come up to meet you and your pet, and to get the exact instructions from you for how you want your pet to be groomed. You may find our Useful Grooming Terms section helpful. |
